These terms and conditions apply to the provision of hotel rooms for accommodation as well as all other services provided by Hotel Viktoria.
The contract is formed upon acceptance of the booking by the hotel. Bookings can be made by telephone, in writing, or online.
The prices stated at the time of booking apply. Breakfast is included in the price unless otherwise specified.
The total amount is due no later than upon departure. The hotel may request an advance payment.
Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. Thereafter, 80% of the total price will be charged. In the event of a no-show, 100% applies.
The hotel may withdraw from the contract in cases of force majeure or if false information was provided during booking.
Rooms may only be used by the persons listed in the booking.
The hotel is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Pets are not allowed.
At Hotel Viktoria, smoking is permitted in outdoor areas and on balconies. Smoking is not allowed within the rooms or indoor premises.
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the location of the hotel.
